
We are continuing are coverage of Ward 2 Candidates for upcoming by-election and today we are highlighting Bill Dendekker
He talked about his long history living in Ward 2, running CDN Buildings in Delhi, and what he hopes to bring to the table.
Through his business he sees there are many struggles in Norfolk, especially when it comes to building permits and hurdles in the way.
He believes more development is needed instead of more obstacles.
He also talked about spending money wisely, using Norfolk’s Tourism rebranding as an example.
He believes Norfolk should have went out to students for a contest to come up with new logos and used the rest of the money for another tourist draw – Normandale Beach.
He also spoke about the plight on farmers in the community, as he would also serve on the Board of Health.
