A fatal collision in Norwich after a vehicle struck a horse.
Early this morning (Wednesday), emergency crews were sent out to Oxford County Road 13 after the vehicle struck the loose animal.
The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The horse also died.
Oxford County Road 13 between Norwich Road and Pleasant Valley Road is closed for the investigation, and the public is being asked to avoid the area.
The investigation is continuing.
