A new rental housing development has officially opened in Simcoe, bringing nearly 200 additional apartments to the community.
Skyline Group celebrated the grand opening of Spencer Place Apartments at 6 Spencer Way, with Norfolk County Mayor Amy Martin joining representatives for a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The development features 199 rental suites spread across two six-storey buildings, adding to the rental housing options available in Norfolk County.
Spencer Place is described as a purpose-built rental community, with several amenities available to residents.
Those amenities include a fitness room, billiards room, pickleball court and social room, providing spaces for recreation and social activities without having to leave the property.
