Residents in Norfolk County’s Ward 6 will have an opportunity to hear directly from the candidates seeking to represent them on council during an All Candidates Night in Port Dover tonight.
The moderated debate is being hosted at the Port Dover Community Centre, located at 801 St. George Street, and will feature candidates running for the Ward 6 councillor position in the upcoming municipal election.
Doors will open at 6:15 p.m., with the debate scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
The event is intended to give residents an opportunity to learn more about the candidates, hear their perspectives on issues affecting the community and better understand their priorities if elected to Norfolk County Council.
The Port Dover Board of Trade is also inviting residents to submit questions for consideration ahead of the debate. Questions can be sent by email to info@portdover.ca.
The All Candidates Night provides an opportunity for Ward 6 residents to become more familiar with those seeking their support and to hear their views on matters important to the community.
