Flowers will once again be helping support local hospice care this fall as Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice prepares for another Bloom for a Cause fundraiser.
The fundraiser is held twice a year and is a partnership between Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice and Six Nations Hospice, supporting the organizations as they work together to serve people and families across Haldimand, Norfolk and Six Nations.
Andrea Binkle, Executive Director of Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice, says the fundraiser appeals to people who simply enjoy flowers while also wanting their purchase to support an important local cause.
Pre-orders for fall mums are being accepted through September 4 with a pick up date set for September 12.
The pick up locations are:
Porter Lumber in Port Dover from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Joe Dirts Garden & Stone Depot in Dunnville from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
