The Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a sudden death in Port Rowan.
Norfolk County OPP officers responded to a call for service at a marina shortly after midnight on Thursday.
Police, with assistance from the Norfolk County Fire Department, located a deceased male in the water at the marina.
The identity of the deceased has not been released.
Investigators say they believe the incident was isolated and that there are no signs of a broader threat to the public.
The investigation is being conducted by the Norfolk County OPP under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.
