The Williamson House Golf Tournament has raised $100,000 to support the Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice and the future Williamson House hospice project.
Held on June 28, the annual tournament brought together golfers, sponsors, volunteers and community members for a day of fundraising and friendly competition. Organizers said the strong community support will help advance the construction of Williamson House, providing compassionate end-of-life care for local families.
Event founder Alan Williamson thanked everyone who contributed to the tournament’s success.
“We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support shown throughout this year’s tournament,” Williamson said. “The generosity of our sponsors, participants and volunteers has made a lasting impact.”
Organizers also recognized the many volunteers and sponsors whose contributions helped make the event possible, saying their dedication created a memorable experience for everyone involved.
Following this year’s successful fundraiser, organizers confirmed the Williamson House Golf Tournament will return on May 28, 2027, with additional event details expected to be announced in early 2027.
