Yesterday may have been the hottest day of the year, but that didn’t stop thousands from celebrating Canada Day in Port Dover.
Big crowds lined Main Street for the annual Port Dover Calithumpian Parade, as colourful floats and vehicles decked out in red and white rolled through the lakeside community.
Mother Nature delivered plenty of sunshine, along with a brief shower, but nothing could dampen the Canadian spirit.
Congratulations to the Port Dover Lions for another successful Canada Day celebration.
