Norfolk Pathways for People is inviting residents to help shape the future of walking, cycling and active transportation by taking part in a new community survey.
The coalition is seeking public feedback on ways to improve walking, biking, rolling and overall connectivity across Norfolk County. The information collected will help guide future advocacy efforts aimed at creating safer and more connected pathways throughout the community.
The survey takes about five to eight minutes to complete and remains open until Friday, July 3. Everyone who participates will be entered into a draw for a $25 gift card to a local business of their choice. Paper copies are also available at the Grand Erie Public Health Simcoe Office on Robinson Street.
Norfolk Pathways for People is supported by Grand Erie Public Health and includes members from local trail organizations, the Community Development Division and the public. The coalition advocates for new and improved trails, promotes the safe use of pathways, and encourages active transportation to help build a healthier, more accessible and connected Norfolk County while reducing reliance on vehicles for short trips.
