The Norfolk County Fire Department has announced two new leadership appointments, recognizing the dedication and experience of two long-serving members.
District Chief Jackie Mussel has been appointed to lead Station 8 in Fairground, while District Chief Josh Lightheart will serve as District Chief at Station 11 in Vittoria.
Fire officials say both Mussel and Lightheart have demonstrated strong leadership, commitment, and a deep dedication to public safety throughout their service with the department.
