Drivers in Delhi are being urged to use caution at the intersection of James Street and Argyle Avenue due to a traffic signal malfunction.
The signals are not operating normally because of faulty electrical components. Replacement parts are required but will not arrive until Monday, February 2, 2026.
As a result, the intersection will remain in flash mode from Friday, January 30, through Monday. Flashing traffic signals must be treated as an all-way stop, requiring all drivers to come to a complete stop before proceeding.
Motorists are asked to slow down, watch for pedestrians, and drive carefully while travelling through the area until repairs are completed.
