A Dunnville resident is facing an impaired driving charge following an early-morning interaction with police on New Year’s Day.
Haldimand Ontario Provincial Police say officers encountered an individual operating an all-terrain vehicle on George Street in Dunnville at approximately 12:30 a.m. on January 1st.
As a result of the investigation, a 62-year-old has been charged with Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus).
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on February 10th.
