The Provincial Offenses Administration (POA) and Property Taxes office in Simcoe was closed to the public on today (December 8th) as Norfolk County staff took part in a scheduled full-day training session.
The closure affected the office at 185 Robinson Street, Suite 100, and was announced in advance to ensure residents could adjust plans involving ticket payments, court-related inquiries, and taxation services.
Norfolk County said the training was necessary to maintain service quality and support employees who handle high volumes of administrative and provincial offense matters.
The office was set to reopen under regular hours tomorrow (December 9th), and residents who required assistance were directed to contact ServiceNorfolk for further information or alternative support options.
