St. Joseph’s School is shining a light on community kindness after its Leadership Team raised more than $800 to support families facing food insecurity in Norfolk County.
Students organized a Glow Stick Fundraiser ahead of the Christmas season, working together to sell items and spread awareness about the need for holiday support. Their efforts will directly help the St. Vincent de Paul Society purchase food and essential items for its annual Christmas Hampers, which are delivered to local residents in need.
Members of the St. Joseph’s Leadership Team recently presented the donation to Midge Farrell of St. Vincent de Paul. The organization says the contribution will make a meaningful difference as demand for assistance continues to grow each year.
