The Tim Hortons Holiday Smile Cookie campaign has delivered another major boost for local causes, raising $108,032.58 across Haldimand and Norfolk. The total represents more than 54,000 cookies sold, with all proceeds supporting community groups, local charities, Tim Hortons Foundation Camps, and the Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice.
This year, 100% of every Holiday Smile Cookie sold at participating locations was donated, helping strengthen essential programs for residents across both counties. A significant portion of the funds will support hospice care, including grief and bereavement services, caregiver support, community outreach, and ongoing efforts to create a dedicated Hospice Palliative Care Centre.
“This generosity shows the heart of our community,” said Andrea Binkle, Executive Director of the Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice. “Thanks to every person who bought a Smile Cookie — and to Tim Hortons — we are able to carry the light of comfort, dignity, and compassionate care for individuals and families facing life-limiting illness and grief in our region.”
Organizers say the Holiday Smile Cookie campaign continues to offer a simple but meaningful way for residents to give back, turning a single cookie into hope and support for those who need it most.
