Kat Anna, a Norfolk-based men’s coach and advocate, is gaining international attention for her growing movement, Men Need Love Too. After years of working with men locally and online, she says she saw a major gap in support surrounding domestic violence.
That realization led her to build a global community focused on men’s emotional well-being.
Anna says many men reach out privately—some “test the waters” before opening up, while others share long, detailed messages about their experiences. She notes that people often picture domestic violence only as physical abuse, but that is not the whole picture.
A key part of her work is a petition calling on the World Health Organization and the United Nations to include men in domestic-violence data.
Alongside her public advocacy, Anna runs private coaching and The King’s Academy, a members-only community where men can learn, heal, and connect. She hopes her movement helps reduce stigma, increase compassion, and make support more accessible for men worldwide.
