The Cancer Screening Mobile Coach is returning to Norfolk County, offering free health screenings for residents in Simcoe.
The mobile coach will be at the Norfolk Family Health Team parking lot, 185 Robinson Street in Simcoe, today (Thursday) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The initiative is part of a province-wide effort to make cancer screening services more accessible in smaller communities.
Residents can take advantage of breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screening services on-site without needing a referral from a family doctor.
Appointments are encouraged to ensure timely service, but walk-ins may also be accepted.
