A Norfolk County man is facing multiple charges after an assault investigation in Delhi on Sunday evening.
On August 31, the Norfolk OPP responded to a report of an assault at a property on Talbot Road.
Police determined that two individuals were involved in an altercation, during which one assaulted the other.
Minor injuries were reported.
The suspect was taken into custody, but during the process, police say the individual also caused damage to police property.
As a result, the 35-year-old has been charged with assault, failure to comply with a probation order, and mischief under $5,000.
