
The Ontario Provincial Police Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is asking for the public’s help in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Police say 36-year-old Michael Lockyer is unlawfully at large after breaching the conditions of his statutory release. Lockyer is serving a sentence of seven years, ten months, and seven days for four counts of sexual assault.
Lockyer is described as a white male, standing 6’2” (188 cm) tall, weighing about 200 lbs (91 kg), with brown hair and green eyes.
He is known to have several distinct tattoos, including a broken heart on his right hand and a flower and star on his right arm.
Authorities warn that Lockyer is known to frequent Hamilton, Brantford, Simcoe, and Delhi, making residents in Norfolk County a key focus of the search.
Police are urging the community to remain vigilant and to report any possible sightings immediately.
