A Norfolk County OPP drug investigation has led to two people being charged with multiple trafficking offences after searches in Ingersoll and London.
Police say they seized fentanyl, cocaine, MDMA, hydromorphone, Canadian currency, drug paraphernalia, and a vehicle during the coordinated searches on August 8.
Both accused remain in custody and face several charges, including possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.
They are scheduled for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on August 13. OPP continue to remind the public that fentanyl is highly potent and dangerous, and encourage residents to report suspected drug trafficking to police or Crime Stoppers.
