The province’s police watchdog has closed an investigation into a Brantford Police arrest.
The SIU says no serious injuries occurred during a March incident involving a 21-year-old woman in mental distress.
She was taken to hospital for an overdose after officers used a taser during the call.
Without serious injury, the SIU had no grounds to proceed further.
