Police seized more than 100,000 cannabis plants and 900 pounds of dried bud during a raid in Jarvis.
The search was part of a joint investigation involving multiple OPP units on July 16.
Fifteen individuals now face charges under the Cannabis Act for unauthorized cultivation and distribution.
The estimated street value of the seized material exceeds $55 million.
