A familiar face in Norfolk County’s health leadership will soon be stepping into a regional role.
Sarah Page, General Manager of Health and Social Services for Norfolk County, has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer of Grand Erie Public Health, effective August 11th.
Page brings over two decades of experience in health and human services, including emergency planning, paramedic services, and public health.
She is widely recognized for her steady leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she played a key role in coordinating Norfolk County’s public health response alongside neighbouring Haldimand.
Page’s final day with Norfolk County will be August 8, and the county has announced that Bill Nolan will step in as interim General Manager until a permanent replacement is selected.
A search for a new permanent GM is expected to begin this fall.
