Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a scooter along the Waterford Heritage Trail.
Emergency crews responded around 9:22 p.m. on July 18 to the scene between College Street West and Robinson Road.
A 30-year-old Brant County resident was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and later pronounced dead.
The West Region OPP Traffic Team is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
