Norfolk OPP are investigating a serious collision between a cyclist and a pedestrian in Simcoe.
The crash happened on Fourteenth Street East, which is now closed between Norfolk Street North and Culver Road.
The cyclist was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police are asking the public to avoid the area as the investigation continues.
