Canada Post’s unionized workers will vote on the latest contract offer starting July 21.
The vote, overseen by the federal labour board, comes after 19 months of stalled negotiations.
The offer includes a 13.59 per cent wage increase and a $1,000 bonus but adds part-time roles.
The union is urging members to vote no, saying the deal falls short of workers’ needs.
