Two teens are facing mischief charges after damage was reported to a Pride-themed boardwalk outside a business in downtown Tillsonburg.
According to Oxford OPP, surveillance footage from Sunday, shows two individuals performing a burnout with an electric scooter on the rainbow-painted walkway on Bridge Street.
Police were notified of the incident on Tuesday morning and arrested two 16-year-olds from Tillsonburg shortly after.
Both are now charged with mischief under the Criminal Code.
Police are reminding residents and business owners of the value of video surveillance in helping solve crimes and are encouraging the public to report any suspicious activity.
