Norfolk County is experiencing a temporary service disruption with its Virtual County Hall online payment system, affecting property tax and parking fine payments.
Officials say residents are currently unable to make payments for property taxes, parking tickets, and accounts receivable through the county’s web portal.
In the meantime, payments can still be made through ServiceNorfolk by phone, in person, or via mail. No estimated time for resolution has been provided.
The County has advised users to monitor the official Norfolk County website for updates and alternate payment instructions.
The disruption comes at a busy time in the municipal calendar, as many residents prepare for upcoming tax deadlines.
