Public Health Ontario reports measles cases are continuing to drop, with 12 new cases this week compared to 33 last week.
The northern region around Sault Ste. Marie saw just two new cases, while four were reported in the southwest.
Health officials say the decline may be due to rising immunity, either through vaccines or prior infection.
However, new cases continue to emerge weekly and officials will keep monitoring closely.
