The Simcoe & District Chamber of Commerce is set to play a pivotal role at this year’s Ontario Bar Association (OBA) Conference.
According to Executive Director Karen Matthews, it all started with a call that came in just last week.
Matthews jumped at the chance to speak about the benefits of living and working in Norfolk, saying it’s an easy sell for legal professionals looking for a better quality of life.
Karen said she will also reference the Chamber’s recently released Experience Norfolk guide — a comprehensive resource that showcases local attractions, businesses, and opportunities throughout the area.
Although intended for lawyers attending the OBA Conference, the guide serves as a valuable resource for anyone considering making Norfolk their home.
It’s a reminder of how lucky the people of this area truly are.
The OBA Conference, scheduled for this Thursday, aims to attract lawyers to rural and underserved areas across the province.
Norfolk County has emerged as a prime example of an area where quality of life and professional opportunities align.
Through this initiative, the Simcoe & District Chamber of Commerce aims to foster connections and highlight Norfolk as a growing, welcoming hub for the legal profession.
