Haldimand & Norfolk Women’s Services (HNWS) will host its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, June 25, at 6:00 p.m. at Riversyde 83, located at 83 Sydenham Street in Simcoe.
The event will highlight recent achievements and celebrate a new Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) grant that will support the development of a three-year Strategic Plan to guide HNWS’s future. Local MPP Bobbi-Ann Brady will be in attendance to share remarks and show support for the agency’s important work across the region.
Attendees will also hear from guest speaker Rachel Varga, a volunteer with the Girls Power Camp Program, as she shares her experiences supporting youth empowerment through HNWS initiatives.
The AGM provides an opportunity for community members to learn more about HNWS programs, services, and vision for the future as they continue to support women and families in Haldimand and Norfolk. All are welcome to attend.
