OPP say this year’s Friday the 13th motorcycle rally in Port Dover was relatively peaceful.
Roughly 125,000 visitors attended, with officers enforcing liquor and traffic laws.
There were eight motorcycle-related collisions in the region, but none were fatal.
An overnight incident on St. George Street resulted in the arrest of a 39-year-old Norfolk County resident after a police officer was physically assaulted. A quantity of suspected cocaine was seized, and no injuries were reported.
