Officers from Norfolk OPP will lace up for a good cause Wednesday morning in Port Dover.
They’ll face off in a 100-metre dash against Special Olympics athlete Taylor Bennett at the Todd Eaton Memorial Track.
Bennett is competing in five events at the upcoming Provincial Games and is expected to leave the officers in the dust.
The event supports the Law Enforcement Torch Run, and everyone is encouraged to come cheer them on at 10 a.m.
