The community of Port Dover, especially it’s various charitable organizations, are gearing up for what should be a busy Friday the 13th.
That was Amie Ferris, speaking on behalf of the Port Dover Kinsmen who have been an integral part of the event for decades.
On their social media pages right now, you can find out more about road closures – but here are somethings you should know.
If you live outside of Port Dover, but want to come into town to see the bikes but don’t own a bike yourself., they have a parking lot set up with a shuttle running.
If you live and work in Port Dover, you can get around some of the road closures but you need to be prepared and have a good reason.
Ferris said while a lot of eyes are on the Friday, one event that has been getting more popular as the years go on is the Thursday night before.
She just has this reminder to everyone as well who lives in the community or is riding in – your support goes a long way.
