The 12th Annual South Coast Jazz Festival returns August 8–10, bringing three days of live music to Brantford and Port Dover. Headlining the event is iconic Canadian band Lighthouse, performing August 9 at 7 p.m. at Brantford’s Sanderson Centre. Each $40 ticket also includes a festival pass granting access to all other ticketed events.
The weekend kicks off August 8 in Harmony Square with a free concert by Queen Mary The Artist. On August 10, Glenhyrst Gardens hosts a jazz showcase with Jesse Murphy, Mya Chappell, Gail Fuller, and more. Schofield Bistro will also host an intimate session featuring Kateryna Khon.
Festival director Juliann Kuchocki encourages attendees to support Canadian talent and live music. Lighthouse’s concert will be recorded, giving fans a chance to be part of musical history.
The festival continues its legacy of showcasing powerful performances and uplifting stories. Tickets are available at southcoastjazz.com.
