Two 17-year-old were taken into custody on Friday following a weapons complaint.
Police received a call about a projectile being discharged from a vehicle driving down Stover Street in Norwich, striking a pedestrian – causing minor injuries.
The vehicle fled the scene but was located a short time later by officers.
Both teens face assault With a Weapon and Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose charges.
