Looking for something to do this weekend?
Make your way over to the Old Town Hall in Waterford for a unique new spring production premiering this Friday, with performances running all weekend. Town Hall Kids is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a production full of music, creativity, and the timeless songs of The Beatles.
Artistic Producer Claire Senko tells us more about Here Comes the Sun.
The children’s theatre company wanted to create something everyone could connect with and enjoy.
With The Beatles continuing to spark memories for past and future generations alike, they found the perfect theme.
The show itself is designed to create fun new memories for everyone in the audience.
But as Senko tells us, the fun doesn’t stop there.
The show kicks off with pre-show karaoke open to everyone, and is packed with hidden “Easter eggs” and Beatles trivia throughout.
A prize will be awarded to the trivia champion.
With this immersive and interactive experience, Town Hall Kids is promising an unforgettable time for audiences.
Claire also shares her excitement about the companion art exhibition featuring Beatles-inspired pieces.
Senko has played a key role in bringing both the show and the art exhibit together for the community.
One of the founding members of Town Hall Kids, Senko expresses how proud she is of what the theatre company has become over the past two decades.
Showtime on Friday is at 7 p.m., with the art exhibition opening immediately afterward.
Saturday and Sunday matinees begin at 2 p.m., and tickets are now available.
If you’re coming with friends or family, household/family passes are available for $35.
Individual adult tickets are $15, and youth tickets (for anyone under 18) are $10.
