Terrence and Dorothy Sinclair of Simcoe are celebrating a $50,000 top prize win with the INSTANT CROSSWORD game. Married for 40 years, the couple has been playing lottery games together for decades, especially enjoying the excitement of instant tickets like CROSSWORD and BINGO.
The retirees were at home when they uncovered their biggest win yet. “I was so overwhelmed I started to sweat,” said Dorothy, recalling the emotional moment. “It feels like a thousand fireworks going off,” she added. Terrence said he was “too stunned to speak.”
The lucky ticket was purchased at Food Basics on West Street in Simcoe. The couple plans to use their winnings to buy a new car, pay off bills, and donate to an animal welfare charity.
