Grand Erie Public Health (GEPH) has officially launched the search for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a significant leadership transition during a critical time of organizational change.
The role is being introduced in the wake of the recent merger between the former Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit and the Brant County Health Unit.
The executive recruitment process will be conducted in partnership with LHH Knightsbridge, a nationally recognized executive search firm.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Grand Erie Board of Health and work closely with the Medical Officer of Health to lead the newly unified organization.
As GEPH enters a transformative phase, the incoming CEO will be tasked with setting a vision for the future of public health in the region.
This includes cultivating a high-performing, inclusive culture while championing innovation and service excellence.
The CEO will also oversee the delivery of integrated, equitable, and community-focused public health programs tailored to the diverse and evolving needs of Grand Erie’s residents.
GEPH remains committed to promoting, protecting, and enhancing health through innovation, equity, and collaboration.
With a team of skilled professionals and a strong organizational foundation, the health unit is poised to become a provincial leader in public health service delivery.
