
Three Norfolk County drivers are facing charges following separate impaired driving investigations over the weekend of May 2 and 3.
The first incident occurred on Friday, when Norfolk OPP stopped a vehicle on Main Street in Delhi.
A 34-year-old driver was arrested after failing a roadside sobriety test and charged with:

Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
Just hours later, at 3:04 a.m. on Saturday, police responded to a 9-1-1 call about a suspected impaired driver on West Street in Simcoe.
A 47-year-old was taken into custody and charged with:

Failure or refusal to comply with demand.
That same evening at 7:14 p.m., officers responded to a single-vehicle collision on Highway 3 in Middleton, where a sedan had left the road and entered a ditch.
No injuries were reported, but a 35-year-old was arrested and charged with:

Dangerous operation.
Police continue to urge residents to report suspected impaired drivers immediately by calling 9-1-1.
