Today: Norfolk County Quilters’ Guild – May Meeting – Vittoria & District Community Centre (35 Oakes Blvd), 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – We welcome all quilters to our meeting, if you would like to come as a guest, sign up to join, or need further information, please go to our website: norfolkquiltguild.ca. We are a non-profit group that promotes the art and craftsmanship associated with quilting, patchwork and fibre arts. We provide educational opportunities, have guest speakers, workshops, learn from each other, and socialize with each other. Members have a good presence in Community Outreach as we are involved in donating quilts to various groups in need.
Tomorrow: PFLAG: LGBTQTwoSpirit+ Peer-to-Peer Support – Norfolk County Public Library – Simcoe Branch (Colborne Street South), 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM – PFLAG is proud to be Canada’s only National organization that offers peer-to-peer support striving to help all Canadians with issues of sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression. Our goal is to offer local, practical, and emotional peer-to-peer family support for individuals and their loved ones challenged by gender/sexual identity.
