The Norfolk County OPP has arrested and charged one individual following a sudden death investigation in Simcoe.
Police were called for a well-being check at a Norfolk Street residence on Tuesday of last week where officers located a deceased individual.
As a result of the investigation, one person has been charged with second-degree murder and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
