A lot of warm hearts came out for the Coldest Night of the Year walk this past weekend.
That was Dan Avey from Youth Unlimited, the organization behind the event.
The walk helped raise significant funds to support the hungry, homeless, and hurting in the community.
Youth Unlimited reaches out to the community in a variety of ways, with a focus on youth between the ages of 8 and 18.
Behind the scenes, their team is always busy, adapting to the evolving needs of each new group of kids who come through their doors.
Ultimately, Avey says their goal is simple: to be there for youth when they need support.
They provide safe spaces where kids can just be kids, while also offering guidance and assistance whenever it’s needed.
