Norfolk County is now accepting applications for its 2025 Spring Tree Planting program, aimed at preserving and enhancing the local tree canopy. This initiative focuses on maintaining roadside trees and replacing those removed during maintenance.
A limited number of trees are available each year, and property owners are encouraged to submit a Tree Planting Request to have their property frontage assessed. Applications will be reviewed based on site suitability and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Submit requests at the Norfolk County website by Friday, January 31, 2025, to participate.
