A Norfolk County man has been charged in connection with an ongoing historical sexual assault investigation.
Earlier this month, the Norfolk OPP began investigating a report of a sexual assault that took place between 2016 and 2019 at a Norfolk County address.
46-year-old Aaron Mitro was charged with:
Sexual assault,
Sexual interference,
Invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age.
The Norfolk County OPP Crime Unit continues to investigate, as investigators believe there may be additional victims – they are asked to contact the police.
