Too many questions remained for Norfolk County Council to make any formal decision yesterday (Tuesday) regarding the Port Dover and Port Rowan Harbour Marina.
The gallery at Council Chambers was packed with people urging our elected officials to not sell these marinas.
Margaret Creighton with the Port Dover Waterfront Preservation Association said the county was given the marina in Dover for next to nothing, and shouldn’t be trying to turn over the act of kindness from the Federal government into a big pay day.
Council will look at the issue again next month when staff come back with additional information.
