People out in cottage country around Turkey Point and Long Point likely have seen a familiar site in 2024 – a sold sign.
Realtor Ray Ferris spoke with us about an incredible trend coming out of summer of 2024 that makes Norfolk County stand out in the province.
As Norfolk sees this increase, the trend is going in the opposite direction across the province with many cottages sitting there to be sold for months.
So that leads to the question – why are cottages being sold in Norfolk?
Ferris went over why other places in the province are struggling as well.
The main reason is seemingly a biproduct of the pandemic.
