Norfolk County council have deferred their vote to their Sept 17th meeting regarding a development application to construct a three storey building at the corner of Norfolk Street South and Decou Road, across from Sobeys, that would house up to 42 residents on the top two floors and commercial space on floor level.
Council has requested the developer come to that meeting with more information regarding the site’s grading, parking, the number of commercial units and the height of the building.
When the development was originally brought up in July, it was met with a fair bit of push back in a story that can be found here.
