Warren Cummings appeared in a virtual court room today of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to voice his case against a number of Norfolk County councillors, and the Corporation of the County of Norfolk. However, Cummings failed to send confirmation to the court five days in advance.
The County’s lawyer got a chance to speak and stated they are looking to have the case dismissed under Rule 2.1.02 because the action is frivolous, vexatious, or an abuse of process.
The judge adjourned the hearing until October 10th, 2024; reminding both parties to confirm with the court in advance.
