One individual faces charges after a two-vehicle collision this past Tuesday around 4:00 p.m.
The Haldimand OPP responded to the incident on Highway 6 near Caledonia.
The driver and passenger of one vehicle fled the scene on foot, but were later apprehended. A 24-year-old Brantford man, has been charged with assault, dangerous operation, possession of a Schedule I substance for trafficking, possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000, failure to comply with a probation order, and failure to stop after an accident.
Minor injuries were reported.
